Shipping policy

 

We ship via Australia Post. All orders will be sent out within 3-5 Business Days of being placed with the exception of custom orders. Once in the hands of Australia Post it is up to them when it arrives. Please allow time for it to arrive and contact me by day 7 of receiving your tracking if it hasn't arrived so I can follow it up,

All pick up orders must be collected directly from us in Gladstone Queensland. If you have chosen this option and need postage we will send an invoice for payment of postage costs prior to shipping your orders.

If you choose local pick up and failure to pick up on the day you have chosen to collect then your order will be shipped to you with postage invoice needing to be paid before it's shipped.

I do not offer local deliveries if needing it delivered please pay for postage.
